Classes
YOGA del SOUL offers a wide range of different class options that fit within your schedule and Yogic needs.
HOT VINYASA
This moderate to high intensity class takes you through a flow of dynamic postures linked to the breath. Incorporating different postures and sequences as well as pranayama(breathing techniques) and savasana while in a heated room. Arm balances, and inversions will be offered but never required.
Hot classes will be heated to approximately 98°
JIVAMUKTI
This 90 minute class is infused with strong asana, chanting Vedic mantras, meditation, pranayama and self contemplation. Braja will lead you through a vinyasa sequence that will not only challenge your body but your mind as well. Hands on assists are facilitated during the class as Braja calls out instructions. A basic knowledge of asanas is recommended.
KUNDALINI
Known as the yoga of awareness as it is physical, mental and spiritual in nature. In this class you will learn how to tap into and harness your own energy field and magnetism. Expect your vitality to increase, your life force to lift, and to feel radiantly YOU.
Class begins with gentle yet dynamic movements and breathing techniques to uplift and open the spine, lungs, and energy channels. You'll be guided through a calming meditation and deep relaxation which will prepare you for a good nights sleep and a light week ahead. Suitable for all levels
SOUL FLOW
Our Soul Flow class blends gentle movements with dynamic vinyasa sequences. You will flow through a variety of postures that encourage strength, flexibility and relaxation. Focusing on fluid transitions and intentional breathing.
This class will help deepen your practice while fostering a sense of calm. Modifications and variations will be offered throughout the class.
DHARMA YOGA
A system of classical Hatha-Raja Yoga, based on Sri Dharma Mittra’s years of devotional practice that emphasizes good heath, a clear mind, and a kind heart. This method weaves together many teachings in order to bring all students to the goal of self realization(gaining absolute knowledge of the true self).
HOT PILATES
Using a combination of the Classical Pilates method with a contemporary twist, this class is designed to strengthen and tone your entire body with particular focus on core stability. This class will guide you through a series of controlled movements that promote flexibility, balance, strength, and overall body awareness.
This class is suitable for all levels as modifications will always be provided. Room will be heated to app. 95°

GENTLE YOGA
A slow paced and gentle class making yoga more accessible to everyone, regardless of age or physical ability. Postures will be modified with props to accomodate each practicioner. Release tension while increasing circulation and flexibility. All levels and beginners welcome.
YIN YOGA
Yin yoga is a slow paced, passive type of yoga that works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. Yin targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues- ligaments, joints, bones and the deep fascia network of the body. Each pose is held between 3-5 minutes, using the breath to ease the body further into the pose. Yin postures are supported with props to allow for a deeper release and relaxation. Energetically, yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. Yin yoga is very meditative and is a perfect accompaniment to an active yoga practice. Accessible to all levels of practitioners.
RESTORATIVE
Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds in a series of 4-6 restful poses. Yogis are often supported by props to enhance or deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release.
ABOUT OUR HEAT
Where noted, our yoga room is heated via infrared heaters. This will therapeutically heat the body in order to deepen your flexibility, detoxify, and improve cardiovascular health. Hot classes will be heated to approximately 98° Warm classes will be heated to approximately 84°
