Kirtan
Join us for an uplifting evening of Kirtan, a heart-opening practice that combines music, mantra, and meditation. Rooted in ancient traditions, Kirtan is a form of devotional singing where call-and-response chants are accompanied by live music, creating a shared experience of connection and inner peace.
Using sacred mantras, harmonium, drums, and other instruments, Kirtan invites participants to engage in a communal practice of mindfulness and self-expression.

Discover balance, healing, and alignment in this special Yin Yoga and Sound Healing event focused on the seven chakras. Baby & Me Yoga:
Strengthen the bond with your little one while nurturing the body and mind in our Baby & Me Yoga class! This special practice is designed for parents, grandparents, or caregivers to connect with their babies through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and playful interaction.

• Gentle yoga poses to help you rebuild strength, improve posture, and relieve tension

Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds in a series of 4-6 restful poses. Yogis are often supported by props to enhance or deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release.
Kundalini
Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness and is physical, mental and spiritual in nature. You will learn how to tap into and harness your own energy field and magnetism. Expect your vitality to increase, your life force to lift, and to feel radiantly YOU.
Class begins with gentle yet dynamic movements and breathing techniques to uplift and open the spine, lungs, and energy channels. You'll be guided through a calming meditation and deep relaxation which will prepare you for a good nights sleep and a light week ahead. This class is suitable for all levels.
