Through conscious breathing and purposeful movement, we will create space to quiet the mind, connect with the present moment, and cultivate a deeper sense of balance and awareness. THE BHAGAVAD GITA with Edwin Bryant
We are honored and incredibly excited to welcome Professor Edwin Bryant to Yoga del Soul for a special three-hour zoom exploration of the Bhagavad Gītā.
The Bhagavad Gītā is one of the foundational texts of yoga, a timeless dialogue between Krishna and Arjuna that explores dharma, action, devotion, knowledge, the nature of the Self, and the path toward liberation.
Professor Bryant will guide us through an in-depth look at this extraordinary text, drawing from his decades of study, teaching, and personal practice within the yoga tradition. This will be an opportunity to spend time with the Gītā through the perspective of someone who has dedicated much of his life to understanding and teaching these ancient texts.
The lecture will take place live via Zoom, but we will gather together at Yoga del Soul and experience the teaching as an in-studio event, with Edwin projected onto our studio wall. The lecture will conclude with a question-and-answer session, giving participants the opportunity to ask Edwin questions directly.
*a zoom link will not be given out, you must come to the studio to participate in this event
Date: October 11 • 12pm EST
Location: Yoga del Soul
Cost $55
