ALCHEMY SOUND JOURNEY
Step into a sanctuary of sound and light as we gather on March 8th for an evening of deep restoration and resonance. Through the healing tones of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, chimes, and grounding sound tools, you’ll be gently guided into profound relaxation, nervous system settling, and heart-centered alignment.
These crystalline frequencies support cellular renewal, invite soothing theta brainwave states, and create space for peace, clarity, and a meaningful reset. Whether you’re seeking restoration, inner balance, or simply time to return home to yourself, this immersive sound journey offers a calming sea of pure resonance.
What to know:
Wear cozy layers, bring a mat and anything you need for comfort. Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in. Hydrate well and enjoy a light meal beforehand.

SPRING AWAKENING
Center the breath, mind and body to gently awaken from the dark days of winter and step into the bright energy of springtime. This nourishing restorative practice incorporates pranayama and guided meditation to provide deep relaxation and melt away stress and tension in the body. Reiki and essential oils offered to enhance the relaxation response as we welcome the arrival of spring. How we care for ourselves can determine the grace of movement through the seasons.

YOGA & TAPPING: a spring renewal
Spring brings fresh energy and new beginnings. This all-levels class combines yoga and guided tapping to help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and support nervous system balance.
We’ll begin with gentle, all-levels yoga, followed by an introduction to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) tapping; a research-supported practice to reduce stress and calm the nervous system.
You’ll learn what tapping is, why it works, and practical ways to use it in daily life. Leave feeling lighter, grounded, and equipped with simple tools to support your well-being well beyond the season.
Susan is a 500hr Certified Yoga Instructor, Licensed Mental Health Therapist, and Certified EFT Practitioner. She enjoys blending movement, mindfulness, and somatic techniques to create an integrative experience that supports both emotional and physical well-being.

Join us for a rejuvenating 3-day journey of yoga, breathwork, meditation, and self-inquiry; with each day blending movement and stillness, inviting clarity, healing, and personal growth.
Begin with dynamic morning yoga to awaken your energy, followed by grounding and restorative practices to soothe body and mind. Explore breathwork, meditation, and Yoga Nidra for deep calm and inner peace.
Our heart-centered workshop explores the subtle bodies, guiding you through mindful movement, journaling, and reflection to reconnect with your whole self.
Nourish body and spirit with wholesome vegetarian meals prepared by the Himalayan Institute. Between sessions, enjoy massage, Ayurveda treatments, scenic hikes, or quiet moments by the lake. Return home renewed, balanced, and inspired.
