In this workshop, you’ll learn how to set clear, intentional goals for the New Year and bring purpose to your everyday actions. Together, we’ll explore personal growth, self-awareness, leveraging your strengths, and carving out your unique path to create the life you truly desire.

We’ll guide you through eight simple steps to elevate your life, and you’ll create a vision board to take home—a daily reminder of the direction you want your life to take.

How to prepare: Bring pictures that represent your aspirations, quotes that inspire you, words that uplift you, and any ideas or goals you want to achieve (we will have supplies on hand as well). Come with an open heart, ready to embrace abundance!

Journey into Power

A Baptiste Yoga practice, founded by Baron Baptiste. Experience a heated, alignment based power vinyasa flow consisting of a combination of 53 poses called Journey Into Power. Each pose builds on the one before and is led with a focus on the 5 classical pillars of drishti (gaze), ujjayi (breath), bandhas (foundation), tapas (heat), and vinyasa (flow). This is an all-levels offering. Music is not played until Savasana, because the sound of the breath is more powerful than any song. Students will leave feeling invigorated, empowered, centered and open to all new possibilities.

Welcome to Your Mat

Join us for a three-session workshop series focused on safely transitioning into and holding essential yoga poses. Perfect for beginners and those looking to deepen their practice, each session builds on the previous one. Attend the full series or choose individual sessions.

  1. Get Up, Stand Up!
    Saturday, January 11th, 12-1:15pm
    Focus on stability in standing poses with techniques for body engagement and effective use of props, enhancing your confidence and balance.

  2. Bends, Folds, and Twists, Oh My!
    Saturday, February 1st, 12-1:15pm
    Explore spinal movements in poses that involve folding, twisting, and bending to ensure a safer and more effective practice.

  3. Alot-a Vinyasa!
    Saturday, February 22nd, 12-1:15pm
    Learn modifications and techniques to master traditional vinyasa flows, helping you maintain strength and safety during your practice.

Dharma for Doggies

Join Amy Adams for an All-levels Dharma II Yoga class in support of Marty's Place. This class will ignite the entire bodily system through practice. A series of balancing, stretching, back bending, twisting and inversion variations will be taught.

Marty’s Place is a senior dog sanctuary providing a safe, loving and protected environment for senior dogs that do not have homes. Their residents are older – age 7 or beyond – and receive the physical and emotional comfort, companionship and enrichment they need to thrive in their golden years.

Amy was blessed to have her Sophie girl for an amazing 16 years. She truly was the light of her life! Amy's Mom had gotten Sophie as a puppy and loved and cared for her deeply. As her Mom aged and needed care she and Sophie moved in. As Sophie began aging, health issues occurred as happens often with senior pets. Thankfully Amy was able to support Sophie through a more difficult time in her life.

Some dogs do not have it so lucky and when an owner passes away or is unable to care for their senior dog, they often do not have a place to go

Please find it in your hearts to join Amy at Yoga del Soul, Toms River, NJ on Saturday, January 18th, at 4pm to support Marty’s Place Senior Dog Sanctuary! All levels are welcome and Any monetary donations will be accepted.

Drum Circle

We are back indoors after a magical summer drum circle season!
Lets keep the energy and love flowing...

Music has the power to connect us to ourselves and each other with both spiritual enrichment and good vibes.

Drum circles are known to energize and lead to overall well-being as drumming accesses parts of the brain for healing and mindfulness. Plus its Fun!

Come out and join in for our Drum circle. No experience necessary, or drum needed (we have some to lend)

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds in a series of 4-6 restful poses. Yogis are often supported by props to enhance or deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release.

Kundalini

Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness and is physical, mental and spiritual in nature. You will learn how to tap into and harness your own energy field and magnetism. Expect your vitality to increase, your life force to lift, and to feel radiantly YOU.

Class begins with gentle yet dynamic movements and breathing techniques to uplift and open the spine, lungs, and energy channels.  You'll be guided through a calming meditation and deep relaxation which will prepare you for a good nights sleep and a light week ahead.  This class is suitable for all levels.

Jivamukti Yoga

This 90 minute class is infused with strong asana, chanting Vedic mantras, meditation, pranayama and self contemplation. Braja will lead you through a vinyasa sequence that will not only challenge your body but your mind as well.

Hands on assists are facilitated during the class as Braja calls out instructions. A basic knowledge of asanas is recommended.
