Painting the Sacred Om
Join us for a unique and meditative creative experience in this guided art workshop led by talented art teacher Elisa. In this special session, you’ll learn how to paint the Om (Aum) symbol—a powerful representation of universal energy, inner peace, and spiritual connection—on your own 9x12 canvas to take home.
No painting experience is necessary! Elisa will provide step-by-step instruction, helping you bring your vision to life while encouraging creative expression. As you paint, you’ll also explore the meaning and significance of Om, allowing this sacred symbol to inspire mindfulness and reflection.

Baby & Me Yoga:
Strengthen the bond with your little one while nurturing the body and mind in our Baby & Me Yoga class! This special practice is designed for parents, grandparents, or caregivers to connect with their babies through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and playful interaction.

Dharma for Doggies
Dharma for Doggies is back, and this time there will be a special treat!
Join Am for a donation based Dharma yoga style class to raise money for Marty’s Place - a senior dog sanctuary.
And this time…Marty’s place will be on-site with some of their senior dogs!
Please note: This class is for humans to practice, not doggies.
Come as you are, pay what you can…any denomination will be welcomed.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds in a series of 4-6 restful poses. Yogis are often supported by props to enhance or deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release.
