Raghunath is back !!!
Join us as we welcome Raghunath back to the studio for Asana, Chanting and Yoga wisdom through sacred story.
Raghunath is an international teacher of yoga asana and Vedic philosophy. He emphasizes traditional Bhakti yogic culture for improving the quality of our life and relationships. He does this using flowing, and sometimes challenging asana sequencing, sacred stories, meditational practices, kirtan and breath. All this is woven together to upgrade our personal practice and personal lives.
Enthusiastic students and teachers of all levels will leave glowing, blissful and sweaty. Bring and open heart, yoga mat, pad/paper and pen.

FULL MOON YOGA & SOUND BATH

This full moon invites reflection on what has sustained you through the season and what needs to be released to move forward with greater alignment and ease.
Under this summer moon, we gather to slow down, reset, and reconnect allowing movement, breath, and sound to bring us back into balance as we prepare for the shift toward fall.
Join Marissa and Kimberly as we move through moon salutations in this all levels yoga practice. Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments, thoughtfully chosen to align with the energy of this moon.
