3:00 pm: Check-in and settle into accommodations
Welcome Circle - Introductions and setting intentions for the retreat
Evening Yoga Practice - Energizing flow to unwind and ground
Dinner - Nourishing meal to fuel the body and connect with fellow retreat participants
October 12:
Morning Meditation - Guided session to center the mind and start the day mindfully
Yoga Practice - Invigorating session to awaken the body and focus the mind
Breakfast - Energizing foods for a beautiful start to the day
Free Time - Personal reflection, optional activities, or relaxation
Lunch - Healthy and satisfying meal to recharge
Afternoon Workshop - Deep dive into a specific yoga or wellness topic which you may use for future self care practices
Nighttime Practice - Restorative session to unwind and prepare for rest
Dinner - Delicious meal to nourish and restore after a day of practice

Morning Meditation - Cultivate presence and inner calm
Yoga Practice - Connect breath and movement in a revitalizing practice
Breakfast - As Farm to table as can be
Free Time - Reflect, relax, or explore the surroundings
Lunch - Enjoy a nutritious meal to refuel

Nighttime Practice - Gentle session to wind down the day and promote relaxation
Dinner - Culinary delight to savor and share with new friends
Yoga Nidra - also known as yogic sleep, a guided meditation through the body, accompanied by singing bowls

Morning Meditation - Center the mind and set intentions for the day
Yoga Practice - Flow through a sequence to strengthen and balance
Breakfast - Enjoy a wholesome meal to start the day
Closing Circle - Gather to share reflections, gratitude, and closing thoughts on the retreat experience
